Hi, Please can you advise a report I can run for a year that breaks down per payroll week - gross wages & PAYE?

I would suggest looking a Custom reports.

You will need to run for current year and last year (these are in the drop down when creating the template)

You should select, Pay period, Payment description, Payment units, Payment value.

This will also return pension deductions as well.

Hi @Alison Morton​ The information on the custom report should be the same as the super journal. The difference is you can run for multiple periods and not just one.

Cases have investigated this and if a member of staff works at another division they appear on the report twice. The HMRC Recociliation Report provides all the above mentioned information and solved this issue.
