Hours coming out wrong

Hi there,   When payroll pulls the report of hours, some of the team (supervisors) pulls through as £7.50, but everyone in Fourth is at £7.83 or above. Are you able to direct me what needs to be updated so this dosen't happen?   Thanks,

The report is pulled from Rotas-> Reports-> View Reports ->Rota Summary.

Then when you select Supervisors from the last month some of them are coming up at £7.50 base rate, when their individual Fourth account says they should be on £7.83.

Hi @Candice Hernandez​ Have you checked that multiple employments have been set up with the correct rate?

The easiest way is to run the NMW/NLW batch update and this will pull back all employees that have a rate below NMW in their record and will show if they are Multiple employments.

Yes that is how everyone was updated and no one is on Multiple employment.

I have also run that report and no one is showing up as supervisor/below NMW
