Is their a setting we can use to stop people back dating leavers for more than 7 days?We are struggling to get accurate turnover reports due to leavers being back dated. Thanks!

Yes additional training is needed internally to ensure leavers are being entered at the correct time. There is nothing the system can to to prevent this as there may be exceptional circumstances when this is needed.

Hi @Alexandra De La Tour​ I'm afraid this is a process issue that needs to be dealt with in house.

A setting to restrict backdating absences would solve the reporting issue however would result in a much bigger problem as users not following the correct process; Entering termination details for employees on or before their termination date would result in employees not being terminated.
