Can Fourth create a Receiving Audit Report similar to the Product Audit Report?

We would like to have a report to audit all changes made in the Receiving of a PO or Receiving Correction. example: user that updated quantity or vendor price, added rates under receiving or made changes to rate amounts. basically if a user goes into Receiving or Receiving Correction and make any changes to a receiving or received PO, it would be tracked under the Receiving Audit Report. ​

    Many thanks for your great question.

     

    There is a report on the system called 'Receiving Verify' which will show you any changes made to quantity or price, and can be sorted by User.

    Hi Mark,

     

    I'm aware of the Receiving Verify, however this report doesn't show a complete audit trail of the username that made changes to the receiving. It does have Received By and Modified By ​but any user with access can make changes or just select Save and it will have their name as modified by. We're looking for a more comprehensive audit detail of any changes performed under Receiving or Receiving Correction.  example, what changes were made (by product line either quantity or price), username that added or updated rate amounts, etc.
