Is there a way we could do some/all of our wastage through the POS that we are using (Zonal)?
At the moment sites have to manually record any wastage/refunds and then enter them into FnB each day/end of week.
It would be a huge time saver if they could just hit “waste”, select the products and then it polls straight across from the till into FnB @Sam Campbell

You will be pleased to hear this is possible and we regularly integrate waste reports from EPOS into FnB.
The EPOS provider will need to agree to this as they will be sending us additional data in the sales file uploaded into FnB.
If the EPOS agrees this takes a small amount of configuration by Fourth.
The best course of action is to contact your CSM @Eleanor Cross who will be able to advise on the next steps.
