I currently run many manual reports to analyses our rota.
The main things I am looking for are:
Any hourly staff that have no hour / holidays / sickness on the rota
Any salaried staff that dont have 5 days either hour / holidays / absence on the rota
We are in the process of setting everyone up as a multi employee across our 6 hotels so this will make the rota reports huge !
Is there a smart way to do this through custom reports on a week by week basis ?

I would suggest adding some excel formula or creating macros to easily analyse the reports.
For example - Run the employee hours worked export for a week.
Filter Hours as 0 and COUNT HOL
Where days are worked COUNTIF 0, this will identify anyone with more or less than 2 days off.
You can also cross reference absences in the absence analysis using a VLOOKUP.
YOu could do something similar with Payroll Hours worked v1 and Forecast v Actual V Paid daily.
There is a setting in Rotas that will disallow an employee to be off all week which may be useful.
