Is there a report that details what student loan plan an employee has in place on Fourth?

I do not believe there is a report for this as Student loans are managed through the HMRC gateway.

HMRC will send the information via the gateway and the Student Loan plan can be updated via administration.

This negates the need for a report.

This is done by Bureau for Bureau customers.

we have some employees who have TUPE'd from us and there new employer is asking for a list of any individuals who have a student loan set up. Should the new employers wait to receive notification through there own government gateway?

This will depend on whether or not the new system is connected to HMRC.

If it is that should be fine.

If it isn’t and they still insist on you providing it, I’m afraid this will need to be done manually by looking at the deductions being made.

I have checked with the Bureau and this is what they do when this information is needed.
