Afternoon All, me again   Does anyone know of a report that can be pulled from fourth that will provide us with hourly paid staffs wages for a specific period, (i.e. a period that is still open)   We are coming to our financial year end and the hourly employees payroll is part way through, so that our accounts department are able to accrue the earnings for hourly staff between a specific period, we need a report that will give us their earnings.   Any assistance as always, gratefully received.   Thanks   Cath

Thank you for your question!

If the rotas for the current period have already been submitted to payroll, the hours and wages will be visible in your payroll preview - Payroll > Pay Runs > Current Pay Run List > select Company > select Preview.

If the rotas have not yet been submitted, you can run the Rota Summary report in Rotas/Labour Productivity > Reports > View Reports > Rota Summary - This includes pay rate, hours, total pay and holiday pay, however, needs to be run for one week at a time and for one location at a time.

 

Alternatively, you could run an hours worked report, such as the Employee Hours Worked export or Forecast vs Actual vs Paid Hours export, then using the pay rate column and hours worked column calculate the total payment for the period - Rotas/Labour Productivity > Reports > Exports > Employee Hours Worked or Forecast vs Actual vs Paid Hours - Daily or Forecast vs Actual vs Paid Hours - Weekly.
