How does "Multiple Outlets" Purchase orders work? And how do you on the receiving end apply each product to the correct GL (outlet)?

Many thanks for query on Multiple Outlet Purchase Order functionality.

 

So there are two scenarios. Combining purchase requisitions from the same outlet into one PO, and then combining those from different outlets to one PO.

 

This document will show you how to combine outlet orders:

Combining different outlets has a configuration against a supplier before you can then combine. This flag can be found in the vendor article below:

Then when you receive a PO that is for multi outlet when you right click on the product it will show you the amounts of that product for each outlet requested.
