Hi I have a team member who cant seem to login with the link which was sent to him when he was set up on Fourth, please can you advise how I resend him the link please

    Hi Stacey,


    Your team member can go to '' and click the 'forgotten password' link to be sent a reset email. The username would have been set up with their personal email address.


    If this does not work you can go to the Fourth Account Service page within the HR module, find the employee and remove their account, then create the account again to resend the emails.
