Lateness Report

T & A reports are the best way to monitor lateness.

The T & A detail report can be filtered by Red Clock which would indicate an employee clocking in late.

This can also be viewed on the Forecast v Actual v Paid export by comparing Forecast to T & A times.

Another suggestion [and if you don't have T & A) is to create a comment category called Late or Timekeeping. Managers/HODs can enter these via the rota page when updating the hours for the day. You can then run the HR report for Comments and filter on lateness.

This will give you a better picture than T & A alone as the employee may have just forgot to clock in but wasn't actually late.

@Debbie Thomas​  Thanks Debbie I was aware of all of these - I was just wondering if there was a report that would show the offenders for time management purposes rather than having to evaluate a general report

Hi @Sharon Harkins​ Unfortunately there is no report that can show lateness unless a comment is added.

The T & A clocks are a guide but the system does not know the difference between a late clock in due to forgetting and an employee being late.
