Can anyone help clarify how to set up employees that have a regular work pattern of four days on and then four days off in the system please?

Great question!!
To ensure that employees holiday is calculated correctly, firstly the Job title must be set up correctly.
In the 'Default holidays' section, a Full time employees should be set to 5 days.
The number of hours should be (shift length x 5) e.g if the employee works 12 hour shifts the number of hours entered her would be 60.

In the employment details page of the employee, you will need to select Override FTE
You should then enter 3.5 days and the number of hours worked in 3.5 days
For the example above this would be 12 x 3.5
If you cannot see this option it may need to be enabled or it may be access so please contact your CSM or CCT representative.
