T&A - Contractors

Hi   We have builders working at one of our hotels that is currently closed, Can we use the T&A machine to clock them in and out ?   I am worried that if we add them to Fourth this would send details to HMRC ? As the are not employed on our payroll.   Please advise if this can be done   To be clear we would not be using the Payroll only the clock in and our functionality   @Stephen Schendel​

Hi @Sharon Harkins​ @Anna Stewart​ 

You can create a Job Title for Builders that is Contractor/Agency only. Any employee on this Job title will display as N/A in Payroll and information will not be sent to HMRC.

You would then enter them onto the system.

You can assign them to a clock for clocking in and out.
