I cannot log onto Engage when using Internet Explorer

Hi @Elizabeth Birch ,
This is a great question that we are asked often by our customers.
The reason you are directed to a blank screen upon logging onto Fourth Engage is due to the Compatibility View Settings being enabled on Internet Explorer.
You can disable this setting by following the below path:
Tools > Internet Options > Compatibility View Settings > Ensure that fourth.com is removed from Compatibility View.
Once you save this setting and refresh this page you will be able to login as expected.
This action should only be carried out on Internet Explorer, as other browsers such as Google Chrome do not require this action.
