Is there a way to change a user name such as when someone gets a divorce or gets married without creating a new profile.

You are correct, thank you for pointing this out. The Logon name for a User ​cannot be changed.

You would need to create a new User for this instance.

Mark, Am I right in thinking that although you can change the users name you cannot change the users login therefore ​if you set them up with a logon name= iamsingle, you cannot change this if you need to? you would have to set them up with a new logon = iammarried

That's a great question.

As you are using our Purchase to Pay & Inventory for Hotels solution (Adaco) there is the ability to do this.

Your Property Administrator should have access to the User Centre:

Property->User Centre->(Select User) and they can change the details of the User as required.
