Can I add a custom field to exclude employees that should not be reemployed from the Employee Turnover Report?

The turnover report is driven from the Termination reasons.

You can exclude certain Termination reasons from the turn over report.

This is configured in HR > Administration > Termination reasons.

It is not common practice to exclude employees that you would not re employ from turnover figures so this is not possible unless the termination reasons have bee set up.

This is straight forward for termination reasons such as Gross misconduct however, if you have employee who has resigned that you do not want to re employ you would have to have a separate Termination reason for 'Resigned- Do not reemploy' and ensure the termination reason is excluded from the turnover report.

Alternatively, this may be possible if using Fourth Analytics.
