I have Assistant Managers hierarchy access level with a profile in the Rota>users>user profile which has the Weekly Overview Report V3 ticked but they cannot see this report. Is there another permission required? I am aware that a drill down of report will show weekly wage costs for all employees including GM - is there therefore something which prevents anyone below GM level seeing it perhaps?

Yes you are correct, a permission is required to view Weekly Overview Report V3 report.

 

Rotas > Users > Assign User Access > User Profile > Select 'Weekly Overview Report V3'.

 

Current functionality of the Weekly Overview Report V3 is driven by the Location and Division access given to the employee. The Weekly Overview Report V3 is not driven by the system 'hierarchy' as this report was designed in mind for GM/OPS managers. Division access can be taken away from the rota module however this would mean the manager will be unable to view the schedules.

 

If the Assistant manager is unable to view the 'Weekly Overview Report V3', I would recommend that this is escalated in your business to person that is able to raise cases to our support team.
