Is there any way to make a report run every day and receive the report in my email?

Anna Greene Payroll Manager... try HR- audits & Alerts -reminder Set Up- create a template if not already one set up and then you can create the frequency and who you want the alerts to be received by either by job title or user .

Anna has suggested a way to do this in the HR system, if you want to directly email Purchasing and Inventory (Adaco) reports, you can go to Report Centre, generate your chosen report, and click on the envelope icon (below) to create an email with the report as attachment, but there is no ability to schedule emailed reports directly in P&I. This ability is available through our Fourth Analytics tool, please speak to your system admin regarding Analytics.

Hi there,

I'd like to know if there is a way to have an automatically generated report that is sent by email once the day/ week has been closed out or sent to payroll. Ideally I'd like the report to be the same/ similar to the rota analysis report...

From the core solution, the only automated emails are those available in the alert and reminder set up.

Unfortunately the analysis report is not available to be sent to an inbox.
