Inventory: Can I print a list of the items I need to order?

It would be helpful for me to have a list of all the items I need to order so that I can use it write the quantities when I’m making my order.

Hi there,

 

Thank you for posting this great question. This is certainly possible and something that I personally find very useful as you will not always have the computer with you when you are creating the order.

 

To print a copy of the Ordering Sheet please follow the path:

 

Purchasing > Print Order Sheet :

 

This can then be customised using the filters at the top of the page to select specific suppliers, or leave this blank to see all products available to your site.

 

Once printed, this sheet can then be taken around the business to help work out how much you would like to order and the quantities written in the QTY boxes on the right hand side. You can then take this back to the computer and enter into the New Order screen.

 

Lastly, there is also an option when creating the Order Sheet to add up to 4 columns. This can be really useful if you have multiple areas of your business that contain the same product. For example: Fridge 1, Fridge 2 or Wine Store, Kitchen etc.
