Hi @Paul Mortensen
yes, we are taking advantage of this moment of closure of the premises to correctly arrange the organization of Fnb which was obsolete.
Thank you for your support and for deleting Pizza Menu Group.

Hi @samulele muraglia
Would you be able to provide a more soecific example of a Menu Group you would like to remove and perhaps a Menu Item you have already removed from that group in the past? We will be able to give a more informed answer upon investigation.
Many thanks

Hi @Samuele Muraglia
There were 2 Recipes (Menu Items) attached to that Menu Group in your Archive section. This prevented the removal of the category. It is not usual practice for users to change a Menu Item's category/group prior to archive, as it is not common for the Menu Group/Category structure to change often.
However, if you are in a process of amending your categorisation, you will need to check if archived as well as live records are still attached to those categories.
I hope you don't mind, in order to test this was correct and not a defect I deleted the Pizza Menu Group for you that you were trying to remove.
Many thanks
Paul

HI @Paul Mortensen
sure, on My Fnb, i have a Menu Group "Pizza", within a Mayor Group "Pizza", within a Over Group Food.
I`ve deleted all the items in Menu Group "Pizza" (for example "Bacon, Avocado and Cheese) but the system tells me that this Menu Group has one or more active menu items associated with it.
I checked in Menu Databank and there are no items associated with it.
Thank you.

Hi @Paul Mortensen
sorry if i disturb you again.
I`m going on with the system cleanup process, but i have a problem: i want to delete the "Croissant" Menu Group, but there is an item (called "dump") that i can`t delete. I think it`s why it is included in another item but i can`t find it.
Could you please help me?
Thank you.

Hi @Samuele Muraglia
It may be another colleague has been managing this data at this time. I just checked and the record is gone. This allowed me to remove the recipe from Enterprise and then allowed me to remove the category you were trying to shift.
Hopefully all is good now
Thanks
Paul

Hi @Paul Mortensen
I checked both on the site level (Marylebone) and on the enterprise level but the item "dump" is not used in any recipe and it`s not associated with any site.
I attach the screenshots.
Thank you.

Hi @Samuele Muraglia
When looking at the recipe 'where used' tab I can see that it is still in some locations. Looking specifically at Marylebone (PLU 151515) I can see a recipe there called 'dump' with the following ingredient in 'BK Brakes Cracked Black Pepper.'
This will need to be archived/removed from site in order to empty the category for you to be able to archive
Many thanks
