Hi, We've had a question from one of our stores asking if it is people to give Team Leaders (Shift Managers) access to the HR details of the crew members (junior team) but not each others files. Is this possible? Many thanks, Linda

Hi @Linda Cooke​ 

Who people can see is driven by the Hierarchy.

As long shift managers are all on the same level and on a level higher than the Junior team, they will not be able to see each other.

You can then adjust the template for the shift managers to have access to employee files.

You may need to add a new level.
