I have run the companys Payroll report for the first time today and the dates I am requesting the reports from and to are not coming off on the csv spreadsheet. Its only giving me full working weeks.
For example I have requested from 16th April to the 15th May and the report gives me 22/4/2019 - 12/05/2019 which are the companies trading weeks but not out payroll weeks.

Thanks for raising this.
The best report to look at specific pay ranges once a payroll has closed is the Payroll Summary - Individual Pay Period. Please go to Payroll > Reports > View Reports. You can select which pay basis and pay run to view and I recommend changing the format to text format if you need a CSV.
