How when making a template, you can keep in the order in which you've entered them?

Good afternoon {@0053z000008yUHPAA2},

Thank you for your query.

When Purchase Templates are printed/used, they default to the sequence based on Inventory->Maintain Guides (or they can be alphabetical overall); if the Outlet is set up by 'Location' then the sequence will fall in line, if the Outlet is set up by 'Category' then the sequence will revert back to Category->SubCategory->Alphabetical.

When Outlet Templates are printed/used, the option is there to sequence based on the Inventory->Maintain Guides of either the Supplying Outlet or the Ordering Outlet.

Either Template is therefore not based on the entry order, but rather based on the Outlet setup-- if you have a 'Category'-based Outlet & would prefer it be 'Location' (shelf-to-sheet), you should speak to your Property Administrator about making this change; please note this will affect Inventory Sheets & Templates.
