Unable to overwrite a pay rate

Hi all,   We have a question from the lovely @Donna Woolnough​,    "Hello   I am unable to overwrite a pay rate - please see below and advise how I can correct to £8.21 from £7.83 per hour.   Thank you"   [Image: Screenshotpicture]   Thanks!

Hi @Donna Woolnough​ The blue exclamation means that there are pay banding set up. From the error message it looks like the pay bandings in the job titles need updating.

This is managed manually in the Job titles.

@Donna Woolnough​, Debbie is spot on. This is due to the Link Rates of Pay that are set up within the job title in HR > Company Admin > Job Titles > Link Rates of Pay.
