    This seems more like a technical issue as some of your functionality was blocked. In this instance, I would Raise a Technical Case to our Technical Support team who will be able to investigate this for you.

     

    I'll also add you to the Release Notes group for Adaco so that you can keep up to date with any Adaco releases and their dates! I hope that helps!
