Managers unable to tick documents seen box when entering an absence?

Hi   I am able to but our namagers are unable to tick the documents seen box when entering an absnece can you advise where we can enable this function for them ?   Thanks

Hi @Sharon Harkins​ This box is permission driven. If you wish for managers to tick this box you will need to adjust the template in Payroll.

The permission is called 'Edit Absence Documents Seen'

The easiest way to do this is through the Access Level Hierarchy. Choose the level you wish to amend and edit the Payroll template assigned.
