Adaco: I've tried to log in but the Property field is blank. What is wrong?

When attempting to login to Adaco and you find that after inputting your username, the "Property" field is blank, this is due to your username being inputted incorrectly,

To verify that your username is correct, could you please contact your local IT or Property System Administrator who will be able to confirm your username for you,
