Why have images disappeared from our Fourth Engage platform?

    Hi @Luca Falzetti​,

     

    I have logged into the platform for your business, and can currently see all the images perfectly. Could you check on another devise, and/or as the content admin log in to see if it is resolved now? Sometimes when the wifi connection is bad, there can be a delay in the images refreshing. Let me know how you get on, and I can follow up with you offline if it persists.

    Thanks for your reply. They haven't displayed for me for a few hours, but afterwards they came back. Not sure if it was a connection issue as it was both on the main line here at HQ and on mobile data on my personal phone. i though maybe Fourth server issues? Anyways the good news is that they're back.
