How do I see on the pension module if we have letters set up be sent to new starters for the purpose of opt out when they join? and how can i view the letter after sending? Thanks

The below article link explains how to upload document templates in the Pension Module.

Fig 3 shows where to check which document templates have been loaded and tagged in the system.

Once Documents have been processed and emailed or posted to employees a PDF will be held in the employees Pension Record.

Pension > Employee List > [select employee] > Employee Pension Info > Document Management.
