We currently have the super journal available on Fourth: but there is a header that exists called Division Code, but is not populated with data?

Amazing @Debbie Thomas ... thanks for the first next steps. Is there a path we should follow in order to get you the info 'confirm which version you are running' and then @Beverley Mercer will be able to advise on this and the detailed or summary version. thank you!

Hi @Adam Dattis @Beverley Mercer

Sorry this is not a straight forward answer so please bear with me.

When running the Super journal as Detailed and Standard, the division code should populate if it is in the Division set up.

There are other versions of the super journal that may not include divisions as this was not the requirement when these versions were developed.

If you are running the summary version of the standard Super Journal we may need to look at how the information is being grouped. If this is at location or company level the division code does not display.

Please can you confirm which version you are running and if you are running detailed or summary.

Please let me know if this doesn't make sense.

Kind regards

Debbie

Hi @Beverley Mercer @Adam Dattis

I have checked your portal and it looks like there are some accounting system codes missing from the Division set up.

These can be added by anyone who has access to the Divisions in HR > Company Admin > Divisions.

You can run a custom report to easily identify which divisions are missing codes.

HR > Reports > Custom reports

Create a template

From the Employee work details page;

Select Division

Select Division Accounting Code.

Run report

Once these have been entered, this will resolve the issue for you.

Kind regards
