Maximum contracted hours for flexible employee

Could you please let me know if it is possible to limit the maximum number of contracted hours to 30 hours on fourth (I am referring to this screen). Under the Employment Details section on Fourth. I want to ensure employees are not scheduled for more than 30 hours on the rota.

Thank you for your question.

 

Maximum contracted hours can be set-up within HR Global Setting, however this will not force managers from scheduling employees for more than 30 hours in the Rota.

 

Please note setting up 'Validate Contracted Hour' will mean contracted hours must be entered when creating employees with 0 as a minimum.

 

Administration > Global Settings > Edit Default Employee Settings > Validate Contracted Hours > Save.
