Trade Simple: How do I reset my password for Trade Simple?

Hi - Great question!

On the login page select Membership, then select Forgotten your password. This will take you to a page where you can enter your Username. 

Select Membership > Forgotten your password > Enter Username > Select Request New Password

Your new password will then be emailed to the registered email address for your user.

A useful tip to remember: when setting up a new user always put a valid email address in the setup as if you forget your password you can request to reset it by the reset instructions that will be emailed to you.
