Recipe Updating - Adaco

Hi,   Is there an option in Adaco where , when we make an editing in an existing recipe as usual it will move to a draft stage . But at the same time the active recipe will disappear..   In our case we are getting a draft recipe and number , ar the same time we can see the active recipe also , the challenge we have here is there are different people editing the same recipe and we are getting multiple recipe drafts.   Regards, Jasir A

This option isn’t available within the system, as you may want the original recipe to post sales against if there is a delay in approving the amended draft recipe.

 

Once the draft version has been approved, it will convert into an active recipe and the draft should automatically be removed. Any multiple draft versions can be deleted by going to the Recipe Center>Search Status:Draft>Right-click on the draft version>Delete

If this is a big issue I would recommend looking at restricting which Users can edit recipes by Property>Setup>User Groups>Select Group>Main Menu: Recipe>Recipe Center>Sub-Menu (3 dots on the right hand side)>Recipe Access Rights. You can configure that they can view but not edit recipes.

Thanks @Mark Whitmore​ . The options you referred are fine , i raised this as there are multiple users editing the same recipe and having many drafts..

 

We will do the admin task in cleaning the drafts.
