Thanks Gary - My issue is that I get a lot of lines per email - see below I have blacked out names and I am assuming its only the one line I need with the persons name ?
There is a lot of data on each mail that does not make sense to me ???

I think I understand, I am having trouble viewing any attachments or images however. Would you be able to try again?
It is possible that the alert is set up to alert you of all absence changes. You can set it up to alert you only when an absence is created if that would help. It would mean less information coming from the alert that is not required.

When the absence alert is sent it will detail the date, who made the change and what happened. For example:
Date of Event Created By Details
10th October Joe Bloggs Absence created for Anne Employee (Covent Garden)
It will not however give any specific employee details about the person creating OR the person who it has been created for.
