Can we make the "Documents seen?" mandatory or automatically ticked when SSP document is uploaded against employee absence?

[Image: documents seen] Customer was not aware that by not ticking the box, the employee will not get paid; which has caused some headaches. Please advise any workaround if this is not possible. @pauline wanjiru​

There are no settings to make this automatic and the entry should be checked to ensure the correct number of boxes has been ticked. Also not everyone has access as permission to tick the box can be restricted.

 

I usually run the absence analysis report before payroll (HR > reports > view reports) and export to excel. This will show the number of days that have been ticked and if Docs seen has been ticked.
