I have the price set for a product in Property>Products however prices appears 0 (zero) in physical inventory count during inventory.

Thank you for your query.

 

The Purchase Cost in the Product master record is normally set up when the Product is first added (& the Inventory Cost self-calculates) & then reflects the most recent Purchasing/Receiving transactions.

 

If the Product was originally set up without a cost & added to an Outlet Inventory, it will be added with a 0.00 value; you can research this via the Product Bin Card Report:

If you are unable to adjust the Product's Inventory value via Receiving Correction, Outlet Requisition, or Transfer, then the last option is to use the 'Reset Cost' function outlined here for the Outlet(s) affected:
