Looking to report Contracted Hrs v Actual Paid hrs ...

Looking to report Contracted Hrs v Actual Paid hrs ... However aware it may appears that people have worked less due to holidays / sickness so I am wondering if there is anyway to pull through that additional detail to present to our managers.

Hi @Sharon Harkins​ 

The Payroll Hours worked v1 export in Rotas > Reports > exports will give you worked hours, contracted hours and also pull through holidays and absence.

Please note that the start and end dates must correspond to rota weeks.

This report can be run for a 4 week period to see the variance on a monthly basis.

 

If this export is not enabled on you portal, please contact your CSM who can make the request to have it enabled for free.

Hi @Debbie Thomas​  Looks like a good report , my only question would be re the holiday hours We need to confirm that this value would be paid holidays ?

I believe it is only paid holiday, but you can double check an example against the holiday record.
