Hi - thanks for the question. The best way to get the employee holiday daily rate is to use the customised reporting in the HR module. When selecting a new customised report be sure to select 'Holiday Data' in the Report Type drop down and then select the required fields in the report as normal. You can then use this data combined with the Holiday Accrual Journal.

Hi Nicola, thank you very much for your respond. The thing is, that with customised report we can not choose the date to run report. We need the figures up to 31st December, someone always needs to come in to work to run that report. As customised report will give figures based on which date report will be run. If running after 31st December, the information will be incorrect.

Hi Vaida. The daily rate amounts calculate based on the weekly hours worked averages that are submitted to payroll on a weekly basis. This is why the report will always differ depending on what point in the period the report is run. Because this is real time data it is not possible to determine the daily rate in the future.
