Fourth have been in direct contact with US Foods over the past 2 years or so & continue to be, as recently as this afternoon, as it seems there are a few outstanding requirements.

As more information becomes available, I will update this post-- you may also receive communications via our Service Team, your CSM, or within upcoming Release Notes.
