So sorry for the delay in getting your post answered! Our solution experts are having a look into your previous post now and will get an answer as soon as they can. I tried to have a search for you and found this article on terminating employees, but I don't think it includes the exact answer to your question. But I hope it might help somehow in the meantime?

 

In regards to phone numbers to get in touch - We generally recommend using the Customer Community for generic solution queries (though I do appreciate you've had a delay in response). There is a phone number you can find in the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page, but this is for urgent technical issues.

 

I hope we get an answer for you soon! Just to clarify, we usually try to get back to posts by the end of the next working day - So sorry we've missed yours.
