We pay an extra £1 to employees on night shift - how can we do this on the system?

Is this per hour? If so then it is possible to create a multiple employment for the employees eligible for the additional night rate. When creating the rota allocate the first shift up until the additional rate comes into affect, then create the second multiple employment night shift which has the additional pay rate included.

Hi @Cristabelle Metcalfe​ This won't work for them really as they have a number of job titles that they would need to replicate with the new hourly rate therefore having hundreds of job titles. Are there any other additional payment areas that could be used or any other solutions please? Thanks​

In this instance then the only way to manage this would be within the Payroll Module. through the additional payment functionality. However this would not be recorded on the rota and not added into the wage cost, which would make the figures skewed if being used.
