Hi {@005D0000009gO3oIAE}
Thank you for your question!
The data in the Weekly Overview Report V3 feeds directly from the rotas, so the actual hours and wage cost should be the same as what you’re seeing in the rota analysis.
The ‘Actual Hours’ line on the report is the actual hours scheduled on the rota, rather than an average. This includes all employees and multiple employments.
The ‘Rota Wage Cost’ on the rota, and therefore ‘Actual Labour Cost’ on the report, can be configured to include or exclude certain elements, this is managed in the Wage Function Setting screen in the rotas module (Rotas > Administration > Wage Function Setting – N.B you will need the Admin Login to access this screen). This typically will include salaries but you can check your specific setup in this screen, there is also an article explaining each of the wage cost elements in more details which you may find helpful - Reviewing the Rota Wage Cost
With regards to salaried employees, the salary can be split on the rotas in a couple of different ways; weekly salary divided by 7 days, weekly salary divided between the days actually worked, or salary divided by working days in a calendar month. If weekly salary is divided by 7 days, only the days scheduled at the multiple employment location will be cross charged, all other days will remain against the home location.
The option to split salary over calendar months may help to see a more accurate fluctuating cost, please see this release note for further details Rota Costs by Calendar Month
It may be beneficial to talk this through with a Solution Consultant for a more in-depth discussion around your business and how your portal is configured. The best way to arrange this would be to book onto an Ask Fourth session by clicking here – Ask Fourth
I hope this helps.
