I was hoping there was a rota report showing days worked within a month rather than hours?

Yes, please run the “Employee hours worked” export in the Rota Module for a Month. The “Employee hours worked” export will show employee's will show the days worked by employee.

The “Employee hours worked” export does not pick up all absences types, so please run "Absences analysis" report in HR Module and to combine the information.

Thank you for your question. To find the information you need please run the "Payroll hours worked - version 1" export in the Rota Module. Please not this report will show the total hours worked for employee rather than the days worked.

Alternatively, a mix of reports can be used. “Employee hours worked” export in the Rota Module with the Absences analysis report in HR Module.

Thank you, I just need the total days worked by all employees within a month. The “Employee hours worked” report requires this to be worked out manually, I need to work out an absence percentage like the example below.

59 days absent / 2000 days worked * 100 = 2.95% absence rate

I am looking for a simple way to get the 2000 days worked figure (example).

Thanks for clarifying, I see what you mean!

It is a bit of a manual process to withdraw data for the days worked for all employees in this export. It’s useful to note that this export will give all hours worked Employees for all locations.

Have you tried using the ‘Shift List’ report in the Rota module? The ‘Shift List’ report will give you the total number of shifts worked for employees at a location for a month, which might help for your calculations? Bear in mind that this report is best viewed in PDF. To ensure the PDF version is achieved, run the report in Internet Explorer. The report output format for the reports should be ‘Normal’ (On Screen).

Rotas > Reports > View Reports > Shift List
