How do I reset my password for FnB Live?

Hi There,

Simply navigate to your Portal using the usual URL. Underneath the Fields where you normally enter your credentials there is a Selectable "Forgotten your password?". Clicking this will load a new screen, where you can enter you User ID.

The system will then send you an email, simply click on the link contained and follow the instructions.

There are a few things that can cause issues with this process, such as incorrect emails being assigned to your user access account. These MUST be raised through your Solutions Administrator, who will be able to resolve most issues directly, or will be able to raise a case on your behalf. I am afraid we cannot action any request to adjust Login credentials outside of this process.

You just need to select 'Forgotten your password?' on the login page and you will receive an email with the link to reset it.

A very useful tip is to assign emails against all the users that are created in the system so they can request their passwords from the login screen if they forget it.
