Is there a way which we can disallow a schedule being submitted if there is no schedule detail against an employee e.g. rota or absence and the schedule is left blank

Great question! Yes you can manage this through the rota Global Setting: Disallow an employee to be off all week. One this is switched on the rota cannot by submitted unless there is an absence and/or hours against the employees on the rota.
