Thanks for the posts on this.

Please can you check you have pop ups enabled?

When you select the company a new window should open with a blank P45. You will need to enable the settings as per the warning to populate the document.

Depending on your operating system this may vary.

@Ivan Neeladoo​ I have tested with a former employee on your portal and I do get the new window which does make me think it is a hardware setting (Possibly pop ups blocked)

Hi @Ivan Neeladoo​, we have this issue also and it seems to be our network that blocks the p45. I tried from my personal laptop and it works ok, you have to print direct otherwise the data is removed when saving.

Thank you Oliver, the issue is on the majority of our machines including laptops it doesn't even open/download a file when you click on the P45. I believe a colleague tried it from home too and still did not work.
