Is it possible to control which users receive approval notifications? We would like to know whether the requisition creator and purchasing assistant can receive this notification at the same time.

@Christus Gill​ asks For example, if a requisition is created and routed for approval, the system should notify both purchasing and the individual creating the purchase requisition on the status of the approval. Please let us know whether this is possible.

​Hi @Christus Gill​ currently it is the creator only that will receive notifications when a requisition is Final Approved or Rejected.

 

If you would like us to look at making a change to this functionality, you will need to raise this with your CSM who can get a cost for carrying out this work.
