Is there a way to filter out price changes (ie credits under a certain amount) in the 'AMF outstanding credit request report' on Trade Simple?

The report has credits that go back to 2008 and the majority of the credits relate to price changes and are generally for a minimal value.   Genuine credits for missing or damaged items are therefore hard to identify in the report without trawling through it.   Is there anyway of separating them so we have a report for price discrepancies and another report for genuine credits?@Robert Askey​

Thank you for the question.

 

Although it is not possible to customise the report it's possible to filter the output using Excel.

 

If the credits to price changes are generally for smaller amounts and @Robert Askey​  is interested in the larger credits I would suggest this as a possible solution.

 

Open the report in Excel and then follow this path;

Data > Filter 

 

Then go to Column F (Value of Credit Request) > Number Filters > Between. Change the options to suit.

 

To exclude small amounts (both negative and positive), I changed them to the following;

Value of Credit Request > is greater than or equal to > 10 > or > is less than or equal to > -10

That's a good question, but I'm afraid it's not possible.

 

Now they have been raised the only way to remove them from the report would be to resolve them.
