Is it possible to delete /remove expenses codes, so that they are not used anymore by any users?

If the code has been used, there is history against an employee so it is not possible to remove or delete.

I would suggest prefixing with xx to ensure it is not used.

Debbie's answer is correct. Prefixing with XXX also ensures the expense code is at the bottom of the list when choosing the code reason. 😊
