Forecast and Actual Revenue

Dear All, Is it possible to set Forecast and Actual Revenue to zero until the entry is made? Currently if no revenue information is entered, the system shows the budgeted revenue, however, when I run reports, it produces false MI and also doesn't highlight the departments that haven't entered their revenue.  ​ Thank you Snezana

Hi @Karen Sheffield​ 

Unfortunately this cannot be done. The actual revenue will copy down from the forecast revenue and will show in italics.

As you are a single site, the easiest way for you to check if forecasts and actual revenue is being entered is via the Edit Revenue screen.
